New Member From Washington State

Thanks for letting me join. I am a retired I. T. guy whose first love has always been fast Fords. We raced an NHRA Super Stock Eliminator Ford that fell right in the middle of a class that was dominated by the 'bow tie' and gave them fits. I owned a 1967 427 Fairlane (One of only 8 produced by Ford). I acquired a 1965 GT-350 Shelby Mustang in 1979 and have held on to it since. After I retired, I was offered a job as a Mustang specialists by a friend who owns a huge local car lot, working with 2005 thru 2013 Mustangs. (not a lot of money, but it keeps me out of the bars and I do get to drive various V6, GT's, Shelby, Roush and Saleen Mustangs). So I plan on doing a lot of reading and asking a lot of questions.
Thanks again
Bill Heinson

Welcome from Alaska. What part of Washington are you in? I will be picking up my 2014 GT500 in Vancouver the 8th of April, then doing a road trip through Oregon and Washington on my way to Bellingham to catch the ferry back to Juneau.

I am in Yakima, which is in the center of the state. Let me know if you are going to be through here.

I will be in Walla Walla the 10th and 11th of April. May swing by your neck of the woods on my way back to Vancouver for a bite of lunch on the 12th. Know of any good places to eat around where 82 and 97 meet up?
