New member and new Mustang owner, 2014 GT

Hi, new member here, just got my first Mustang, 2014 GT about 3 weeks ago. It is DIB with tech and track package, really loving it so far.

First pic is a day after I got her, and the 2nd is with my first mod, 3D carbon GT 500 spoiler, also got some hood struts on it and a retro shift knob. Next plans are suspension and axle backs. Power wise, it is enough for me, for now...

Welcome. Which axle backs are you looking at? Think that's one of my next purchases and I'm leaning toward the Roush axle backs. I like their tone.

Welcome and Congrats! Very nice car. If you are looking for axel backs, look and listen to the Roush exhaust. Love mine. Nice and load, no drone. Quiet when you take it easy. Sound like a muscle car should.

Yes, originally I was thinking either Roush or the GT500 exhaust, but I may get the GT500 now since it is a bit quieter and loud when I want it to be. The Roush definitely sounds mean though.

For suspension, I am planning Koni Sports, GT500 Strut mounts, camber bolts, panhard bar, and Steeda or Eibach Pro springs. I want between a 1-1.5 inch drop, something with a lower drop in the rear. I'm also looking at the Hotchkis, but doesn't look like they sell just the springs without buying the whole package. I want to lower just for looks and improve handling a bit, I don't really take my car to the tracks.

Welcome to the group. I love the DIB color and if I wasn't so obsessed with red and black, I would have went DIB. Great looking car, too.
