New to the forums...have a question

Well, I've been deciding on a vehicle for about the last 5 months and have been saving up for a nice down payment. I have a problem though and I cant seem to find an answer anywhere. So, I thought I would go ahead and join this forum, that Ive been hanging around in hopes of an answer.

I was initially interested in either the new 2014 Focus ST or the 2015 WRX, but after looking at some of the great deals on the current 2014 Mustang GT, Ive decided that a Mustang is the way I want to go. The problem is, I wont have the money saved that I want, for a down payment, until November/December and am worried that all the remaining 2014's will be gone by then once the 2015 hits this fall. Does anyone know how long I will have before the 2014's start disappearing from dealerships?

I am currently interested in either a GT Premium with the Track Pack, or a GT/CS...

Thanks!

New to the forums...have a question

Well the rebates will be godly, so I'm guessing 13s and 14s will drop hella low in price couple Gs..+ if you pick one up with higher milage (10K-30K) miles, I'm pretty sure you could drop off another 4Gs based on that. I wouldn't wait if I was you, just get a used cpo premium GT with a decent amount of milage. I bought my '13 GT premium 2 months ago for 26.9K + TTL with 20K miles, looked at another premium for that with 4K miles and it was 31K. ☺️😭 I love my car. Click image for larger version

ID:	159592 just do what you think, if your worried about them selling out try to look for really good offers within the next few weeks/months. If you find a really nice one you like then don't even wait.. Because GTs are actually pretty hard to find for a good price/mile ratio. ☺️✌️ goodluck

Believe me, I wish I could get a mustang now, but I'm just not in a position to yet. I won't be able to seriously look at getting one until October. I'm just hoping there will still be new 14' s on lots by then.

where i work, we have 4 left on the lot, and we aren't getting anymore since the 15s are coming in fall... i know this varies from dealership to dealership, but the order banks for 14s are closed...

idk if this is anything you would want, but if it would make the numbers work would you consider a base GT?

I'm sure I'd be open to just about anything, at least to consider. I really would prefer a GT with other than the base cloth seats and the HIDS (unless those come on all models) and a decent set of wheels. I just don't like the general look of the base models I've seen as compared to the premiums and gt/cs versions I've seen.

HID all models...take off leather on Ebay....rims anywhere. Replace all 4 speakers (OEM base spkrs suk). All that can be done in the future. By getting the V8 you get what matters (V6 guy here). Biased advice I don't like bells and whistles on cars. I do suggest getting factory alarm and some type of b/up sensor though.

I was wrong, it was $29,500 for a base GT with the track pack so $32,000 out the door. Had 1 mile on it, haha...
