Hello and I am upset at Ford!
Hi guys, Im new to these forums but not to the mustang. I have a 2010 V6 convertible. I ordered a 2015 GT back in June, thinking the sooner I ordered it then I would be one of the first to get mine. Well I got a email from my dealer the other day with an message attached from ford
"During a new product launch, vehicles ordered Retail (Order Type 1, A, X, Z, D) may arrive at your store after
stock and fleet vehicles. We understand the desire to get the customer ordered units as quickly as possible, but
do not want to compromise our commitment to quality for the sake of a few additional weeks for delivery.
Mustang & F150 Delivery Timing Estimates
The new Mustang is in production. We expect retail order scheduling of the coupe to begin in late September
with dealer arrivals in November. The convertible model will follow about 30 days later."
This does not sound too fair to me. I think they should take care of the ones that ordered first. What do you think? I really would like Ford to change this and build the cars first that people are waiting for. I was told it would be september, then now its gonna be November. Thats too long. I want my car.
