Hey Slow-That's a good question and if you're planning on taking this to the dragstrip I don't think you would have any issues with him..Don't be fooled by the high revving, he's likely only making about 175hp max to the tire!

Hmm they may give your mustang a run for its money unless you stripped it down bare then you may have a shot.

Welcome slowstang!
Wondering how the 2 inch drop worked out for you? I have some H&R super sport springs I have yet to install and thinking I may need GT500 strut mounts as well because I've heard of some lowered cars developing a 'knock' once they've been lowered. Any issues with yours?

2 inch drop worked great and the only knocking was the right upper strut mount only because I dropped the whole thing and the bearings fell out and I lost a couple. So I re packed the bearings (the ones I had left) and used that until I ordered the gt upper strut mount. Gt upper strut mount works just fine

Ok good to hear. I'm planning on keeping the stock struts and shocks for now but may hold off doing the springs til I get my hands on the GT mounts, just so I don't have to pull it apart again later. I have a 2009 V6 convertible btw...
Cheers!
