purchased my first mustang.

Hello, I recently purchased my 2012 Mustang GT Premium.
I'm new to the American muscle world. My previous Car was a Mini Cooper s JCW Stage 1 installed. Long story short. After having for 1 1/4 years, I found out I had a crack in the block, Ultimately I needed to buy a new engine for it. Did,, Sold it,,, Found my Most Favorite, Beautiful Grabber Blue Stang. I Purchased it with 60,000 miles. Coyote Engine with a boss 302 intake, JLT CAI, tuned, Lowered on 20 inch Niche Wheels. Im still in awe over this car. I will get some photos of engine bay soon.
Have had it for a week, I already washed waxed and detailed..

So the dyno says it has 440-450 HP to the rear wheels by adding a boss intake and a CAI with a tune? That's pretty high. These sit at 360-370 RWHP stock. Did they just tell you that or did they supply you with paperwork?

Yeah, no documentation given. Hear say. I would like to have it dyno , just so I know. Any info maybe in regards to maintaining and upkeep, things to look out for..👍
This stang feels stout, strong, sturdy. Oil life shows thirty eight percent left.
I'm going to replace oil and filter this coming weekend with a synthetic mobile one or castrol 0-20 WT.
Also , forgot to mention there's a oil separator or oil catch by JTL as well. I will be posting pics of engine bay soon.
Thanks for reading.

Your hp numbers are probably uncorrected so they may be reading 10-15 percent higher. Oil change is a good plan fuel filter could be another thing to do as well.

So far I have done my exhaust. I am ordering my intake this week and of course a tune. Have you done a tune yet?

Hi Buddyrich,,
Yes they are a matte black with a machined finished front. Very NICE looking wheels.. Gives a good custom look. I purchased my stang "used", so it already had the mods done. Lowering springs, wheels and tires, vinyl work, JLT cold air intake
Custom tune, boss 302 intake, JLT oil catch can. Couple other minor things done..
I am expecting my axle back Roush exhaust Friday! Can't wait to hear that.. The Stang runs flawless.. Very smooth ride for having the big wheels and lowered.. I'm a happy guy!

They make 410 at the crank stock. So maybe they calculated flywheel horsepower and told him those numbers instead

purchased my first mustang.

Very nice, grabber blue is awesome. If I was in the market for a new shelby or coyote I'd get a grabber blue, coyote would have to be a 11 GT/CS though...
I'm still enjoying my first mustang after 2 years of ownership...
But it isn't the first one I tried to buy (69 grande), which I'm glad I waited, very proud of mine, and very impressed with the car's performance. Now getting ready for my second mustang!

You have 2 mustangs? I think that is unfair. I am going to vote in a politician who will take your other mustang away and give it to me, in the name of wealth equality.

purchased my first mustang.

No, I'm getting ready to buy my second one and selling my MGB for it. And selling my Audi for a newer one, but all my other cars are staying...
Besides Dave has 3 mustangs so far, so take one of his, mine aren't and will never be for sale...
