New to the forum from Western NC

Hello all. New to your forum. Just purchased my 4th Mustang, a 2012 Performance White GT Premium (5th if you count my 83 Capri RS). My first car was a 79 Indy Pace Car Replica with the 2,3 Liter Turbo. Traded that for the 83 Capri. I then bought a 67 289 coupe that I tinkered with for a few years before I sold it. Then I traded the Capri for a new 86 GT. This car was my baby. Washed it 2-3x a week, waxed once a month. She was red, with a 5-speed and T-tops. At the time I was working night shift and after begging me for weeks, I allowed my younger sister to borrow the car to take it to her prom. She totaled it that morning. Fortunately she was not injured but that was the last Mustang I owned until a few weeks ago when I bought the '12 GT.
I have loved all of my Mustangs and Fords that I have owned over the years in general, but having driven the 2012 for a couple of weeks I can say I had no idea that the modern 'Stangs, and in particular the Coyote powered GTs, were both more refined to drive and at the same time have the potential to be absolute beasts. I am shocked and happy to be behind the wheel of one again.
It's a good time to be a Mustang driver and fan!

I just wanted to say good luck. We're all counting on you.
