2015 Mustang GT!

Happy to say I am the proud owner of a 2015 GT! I am coming from a Camaro ZL1, which is a 600 HP beast, but tough to love with every day. Terrible gas mileage, tires wear quick, can't drive in cold temps. When I first bought it, I thought I would feel like I had the most amazing car on the road, but here in Philadelphia, a car like that can't even be used close to its fullest potential.

So anyway I visited a dealership where a friend of mine works, really great guy named Jim, and he just got in a 15 base model GT. Gave me a terrific price of 31000 and I took it. The car feels great, my payment is a bit lower, and now I have a car I can drive year round and feels more economical. It's the base model which I like. 18 inch wheel and all season tires will make this an easy car to drive basically all year long.

So just saying hi and happy to own this great car! I have many mods I plan on doing such as wheels, tint, axle back, and probably a few others. Here is a pic right at the dealer lot.

P.S. If anyone wants to buy my stock tims or even the rims and tires together, make me an offer as I plan on getting some black wheels from American Muscle almost right away. They are 18 inch wrapped with the Perilli all seasons. Brand new obviously, 20 miles on the car.

Just realized I can post from my phone so when I get home I will post a pic right away!

Very nice looking car and I actually like the wheels.
Stepping down from 600hp to 435hp must seem strange. I've driven an ZL1 and was only 50hp shy of my full on drag car.
Keep us advised as you put more miles on her.

Yeah I mean I don't think I'm gonna miss the power. The Mustang is 300 pounds lighter and down about 140 horsepower, so I don't think the difference is that great. And in all honesty, or a daily driver, 580 horsepower is almost counter productive lol.

I am very happy so ar with the Mustang. I should mention that I did have a 2014 Mustang GT beore the Camaro. The 2015 reminds me o the BMW 335i I used to have a ew years back. ( I know, I go through a lot o cars but hopeully this one will be the keeper!) The ride is super smooth and the power delivery is amazing but as the same time kind o elegant. The gas mileage is terriic too. I drove 10 miles on the highway and averaged 33.5 mpg in 6th gear at about 65 mph.

Overall I am loving the Stang. I am actually going to keep the wheels and probably just do a tint and call it a day. Down the road an intake, tune and exhaust will probably happen.
