long time lurker

long time lurker. age 68 and still building and racing , restoring old cars, several builds have been feature cars in car mags.
did 50 years in the auto industry in auto's dealership shops, as a factory field tech. enjoy building hot rods and sharing my years with younger people coming into the industry

i'll try again later as some how they will not up load yet. cars built 1929 ford pickup, powered by a 3.0L mercruiser with a s10 5 speed, 8 inch ford rear, 33 ford roadster.350. 5 speed, quick change rear sitting on torsion bars, 2007 s197, supersix 4.0 with a x charger. still have my owned since new 70 boss 429 stang, factory 5 cobra roadster 347 built off a 68 gt 302, with FI. 6 speed titled as 2016.

Old guy here too. Was it 66,67 Mustang with 390 that you had to undo motor mount and jack engine over to change spark plugs? I know I remember that, just can't remember engine combo and car.

i don't any more either, i do remember taking a hole saw and drilling a few holes though the inner well to get at the plugs of a 390 in our 69 merc cyclone spoiler .
i do well remember jacking up the left side of the motor in a 75 mustang 2 to change plugs as well as in a chevy monza with a small block.
the 429 being a semi hemi is easy to plug change any other work NOT!!

yes grabber green 1 of 43 painted that color i don't know how many had the white with black inside

or a few hot rods. the barn also holds a 28 a bone pick up and a just finished and titled 2016 factory 5 cobra kit 347 inch sb 5 speed 8.8 rear.
