Troubled 96

Hello, I'm new to the posting but have been reading up on others and am looking forward to gaining a little knowledge. I'm from bama and have a 96 gt that i've been modding, black on black. 4.6 auto that I bought for my son who will turn 16 in Jan. I' having a little trouble so i will post about it soon.

I must assume the blacked out and tinted pic is the updated look.

In my opinion, the stripe needs to go. It looks out of place.

With the whole blacked out look I would pull the stripes too. Though I'm anti stripe to begin with, first thing that comes off as soon as I get them home!

I personally can't do black wheels without a polished lip to keep the wheels from blending with the tires, just a personal quirk.

Even then good looking car you got there. Blacked out gives em a sinister look!

What kind of plans do you have for it?

The wheel lips definitely need to be polished in my opinion. If not, the car looks like a cheap NASCAR wannabe.

Well it's been a while but i finally got the car in a little better shape. I installed a CAI, TB, long tube headers, X pipe no cats, flow master cat backs, new battery, new coils, new plug wires, new plugs, and sr lowering springs.Now if I can get that stripe off......
