2002 Mustang GT supercharged.

Note: I recently moved and can't get a pic of my car with a paper and my name because it's at my parents a few states away. Everyone knows my car on here though because of my extensive build thread in my signature so I hope you make an exception please. I'm not dying to sell it but will let it go because someone can save it. I don't have time right now and the money would help a lot.

For sale is my 2002 Mustang GT and I'm sure I'll miss stuff. With a built, cammed, supercharged 4.6 281 2v. Read the entire listing please. I'm also throwing in over $2000 worth of extra parts, some not ever installed, if you want to sell it off to get back money. I am asking $9000obo and located in Covington, Louisiana. (225)235-8355 my name is Cole Johnson. Also one of the pictures has thrust wheels and those are no longer on the car. The Foose wheels are which you can sell for over $800 to get different wheels.. which was what I was going to do.

Tires/suspension:
Foose wheels and nitto 555 front and 555r rear tires, rears are 305/35.
Steeda bumpsteer kit, Steeda X2 balljoints, MM camber/caster plates, new tie rods, Tokico d-spec 9way shocks/struts, HR Supersport lowering springs, J&M weightjacker lower control arms, Steeda full length subframe connectors welded in.
Engine:
Forge rotating assembly, stage one comp cams, vortech v1 polished Centri - supercharger makes around 10lbs, aftercooler (has dent in bottom from contacting trailer), pro comp qualifier polished intake manifold, PP 70mm throttle body, 42lbs injectors, poly motormounts, BBK shorty tuned length headers, Bassani x-pipe, Flowmaster original 40s muffler, aftermarket rolled baffled exhaust tips, dual 340lph fuel pumps in stock gt tank.
Rest of drivetrain:
Custom spec clutch that can handle up to 600rwtq, Promotion Powertrain stage 3 TR3650 transmission with 26 spline input shaft capable of 750rwtq+, steeda tri-ax short shifter, FRPP 4.10 gears and rebuilt rear
Paint/body:
Brand new paint job converted car from zinc yellow to custom black with red pearl. Gorgeous paint and body is all straight and nice. No rust anywhere. has 2003/2004 cobra front and rear bumper as well as side skirts. Has 3" cowl hood. Window tint is peeling off. New windshield.
Interior:
Reverse glow dash gauges, glowshift wideband air/fuel with narrow band insert, glowshift boost gauge, sunpro oil pressure, sunpro engine temp (not working- stopped couple weeks ago), Pioneer AVH3300 Touchscreen headunit, stock speakers, alpine type r 10" sub in ported enclosure powered by 500rms JL audio amp. Rest of interior is stock and clean and well kept. Interior trim painted to match exterior.

Also included in sale is the following:
Stock h-pipe
Stock paint matched 2002 GT hood and scoop,
FRPP 42lbs fuel injectors,
Stock tr3650 transmission with about 100k miles,
Ram 10spline dual disc clutch and aluminum flywheel with about 100 miles on them capable of over 750rwtq which alone is worth almost $1000.
Full aftermarket glowshift dash bezel including fuel gauge, tach, speedo, voltage, left and right turn arrows, and check engine red light. This assembly costs about $500 easy.
New 31 spline rear axles and posi-trak 31st line differential. Never installed.
And anything else relating to the stang I have laying around.

The bad:
Motor was built slightly wrong. Still runs fine and everything but wrong pistons were used. Motor at 10lbs only makes 330 rwhp because of the pistons not completing full cycle so compression is lost at quench so not much power is made. Pistons need to be swapped and engine should make anywhere from 450-515rwhp pretty easily and for a very long time.
Fuel gauge only reads 1/4 tank and below. It does function and so does the low fuel light, but only when less than a 1/4 is left. I am certain it's because the new hoses for dual pump assembly is laying over the float preventing it from raising since the fuel sending unit still reads correctly under 1/4 so I never guess when I'm running close to empty.
AC kinda works. I don't know, never use it but it's kinda cold.

The reason I am getting out of it is because I'm moving with my lady and can't afford to rebuild the engine again. In the last six months I have pulled the engine and rebuilt it twice due to engine shop in Denham springs building the internals wrong for my application. I can't do it again. A mechanic that can change pistons on his own time will walk out of this deal making a decent amount of money especially due to the extra parts and pieces. Even if you wanted to part it out the new Trans can fetch $2000 and supercharger kit can get $3000+ and then the extra stuff and interior and chassis with new paint... you can understand where the money is.

How does the car run currently? I know It's not making the power it should as of right now but is it drivable?

Drives fine. Not contacting anything or any weird noises. Pistons are correct bore just wrong height. I drove it around town and such and does just fine and acts normal. You could probably drive it wherever but I just wouldn't high Rev it or go long distances personally.

But even the tuner agrees... it shouldn't have any problems.

Cole, now this just to clarify, the car is in Louisiana and you are not. I know about the power issue, but are the Pistons damaged? And lastly miles?
I'm interested I'll PM you sometime this week the verdict.
-thanks and absolutely beautiful car!

That is correct. My parents have the car in the garage and are handling the showing of it for me. It's located in Covington. There is no damage and last we checked after 100 miles of driving there was nothing in the oil. Since that driving it has been garaged and only started every couple of days and ran to operating temp then shut down.

It would be easier if you call or text me at 2252358355. And just to be fair I have a few people lined up to look at it tomorrow and day after tomorrow so I'll update this post if it sells.

Thank you for the interest and kind words!

Except pretty much everything has been changed with new parts within the last 5000 miles. Engine, trans, clutch all have 100 miles.
