Cobra Take Off Cat Back

Since so many seem to get the GT take offs, I thought I would see if anyone wanted the cat back I took off my cobra. I don't know if it works the same as the GT/Mach 1 take offs, I am just saying they are for sale if someone wants them and knows they will work.

They have about 7500 miles on them. Work fine. Look like any other pipes would with 7500 miles. They are just sitting here...so, if someone might like them, let me know.

Price...I will worry about that when someone shows interest.

I haven't thought about it much but how about we say ...$100 plus shipping. I can check out the shipping for them later. I will get some pics out to you once I finish dinner.

Cobra exhaust from 03-04 won't work with a v6 or GT or earlier Cobra. The IRS changed the way the pipes travel to the rear, and will not go over a solid rear axle.

For the record, I made this disclaimer in my original post. I will sell them to whomever wants them, but I won't until they make sure they work. I threw out a price to him, and am going to send him pics...then we can see if it works or not before anything is final. Besides, it wouldn't be completely out of wack for him to have done an 03/04 IRS swap.

^ I wasn't trying to screw you up or anything, just wanted to make sure that people knew what it would fit on.

I was hoping people would chime in as to whether it fit or not, because like it said, I didn't know. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am not going to hose someone on the deal if it is known that it won't fit. Now, there is a chance he might just want the mufflers as he may already have pipes...or something like that. who knows.

I would NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT advise sticking a cobra (99+) cat back on a mustang that DOES NOT HAVE AN IRS. It does NOT need to go on there... your rear end raises and lowers and what nots... the exhaust goes under the middle of the axle, under the pumpkin.... so think about this... the exhaut should loop up and over the axle not under it, so do NOT do it.

Yeah, I will put them up here tomorrow. They are too big to post right now, so I will resize them tomorrow.
