v6 performance parts

I am gauging interest in a few parts I have for sale. My car's transmission blew and I have decided to swap in a v8. I am selling for the money to do so. Prices do not include shipping. No parts are off the car right now.

RPM-mustangs.com Max Effort Heads with .545" springs 1.86" Intake valve, stock 1.46" Exhaust valve, 15k miles on them - $500 obo

RPM-mustangs.com Ported Lower Intake - $250 obo

Harland Sharp 1.8 Roller Rockers, 15k on them - $200 obo

SCT 4 position chip, tuned for Heads and Cam setup, 93 octane, 87 octane, 87 octane gas mileage, and stock tunes. - 300 obo

Used cam, 216/216/112 LSA Comp Cams, no idea on the wear of it, 15k miles - 150 obo

ASP Underdrive Pulleys, Crank and Waterpump - $70 obo

MAC Shorty Equal-Length Headers, ceramic coated, 15k old - $200 obo

Blue powdercoated Cold Air Intake, filter is a little beat up - $90 obo

All these prices are off the top of my head so if your looking for something but don't like the price message me your offer and I will consider it.

Thanks

Re: v6 performance parts

Why are you so opposed to singleport tigerfan?

These heads can make big numbers

Because his car is currently split port.

Re: v6 performance parts

a single port head/cam/intake setup vs a split port head/cam/intake setup will make nearly the same power overall~

Re: v6 performance parts

Sorry tigerfan I didn't know what year car you had.

But spector is right, you can get a bigger exhaust valve for these and they will flow very nicely compared to a splitport.

Re: v6 performance parts

What is your computer code number. That would help sell the chip. if someone buys the setup and there computer is different they will need a reburn but if they use everything you are selling and have the same computer code this will be 99% plug and play

For the most part but HP cam profile for a split port is different. I would not take a split port and convert to a single port.

Yes that would be silly to do. But yea anyway, I am not sure of my code but I have second guessed this post. When I first made it I was planning on a v8 swap but since that plan has died I wont be selling these parts. Now Im just gonna fix my car again, should have her back by September.

Mods can close this thread.

Re: v6 performance parts

Well my overdrive and third gear crapped out on me. I suspect it was the torque converter and not my transmission but I figured it's gonna cost an arm and a leg to fix it why not swap to a 5 speed and have more power, more fun, and get to feel like I have a brand new car!

Currently I have collected a World Class T-5, Spec Stage 2 clutch, Steeda Clutch Cable/Quadrant/Firewall Adjuster, Nice Urethane Energy Tranny mount, all the bolts I need(ARP), a flex plate/bellhousing, and the stock shifter among some other nitnoid parts.

Still need some core parts to start tearing her down like my flywheel, pedal assembly, driveshaft, and a manual transmission harness but Im like 80% there already.

Then I just need to get the non essential items to make it even more fun ala 3.73's, get my rims and tires on the car finally..

While shes down Im gonna have her repainted Amethyst Pearl(lexus) or a similair color that Mazda slathers on their RX-8's.

Its gon be badass
