99-04 retrofit projector headlights

I have a set of headlights retrofitted with projectors I bought from someone. He said they are projectors from a BMW, he also said a bulb or ballast might need to be replaced because one light doesn't come on. Send me your email for pictures, looking to get $350 OBO
