Craigslist or the Corral then. You won't get a better deal new than on AM with the free mounting/balancing/shipping and free Nitrogen fill too. Next set of wheels and tires I get is going to be from there simply because I'm sick of tire shops around here and the kids/illegals they have doing the work who don't know their d1ck from a valve stem installer.
The base hobby shop does have a tire installer you can rent for like $5... I need to get a junk rim and tire and go practice on it.
