3.7 twin turbo system for 11, 12, 13 and 14

This is a used twin turbo system that I just removed from my 2011 3.7. It is in perfect working order and ready to install on your 3.7. It is capable of 10 PSI of boost although I only ran 7.5 psi. At 7.5 psi the car made 388 wheel HP and 449 foot pounds of torque in February of this year while being tuned by True Street Motorsports in McKinney, TX. You can see the build post on this web site to see how it was done.

I am asking $3,800 which is 50% of the cost of just the materials to fabricate the system. I did not include any cost for design and fabrication which involved a massive amount of time.

The turbos are AeroCharger Variable Vein units. They are self contained so they do not require water or oil from the engine. The boost is controlled by varying the size of the turbine therefor you do not need waste-gates. They were functioning perfectly when removed from the car.

Custom Bell Inter-cooler (1)
AeroCharger turbos (2)
Tial 50mm Blow off valves (2)
Ceramic coated exhaust manifolds (2)
Ceramic coated exhaust tube to turbos (2)
Stainless steel brackets to mount OEM manifolds
Stainless steel down pipes
All aluminum piping from Turbos to Inter cooler
Aluminum charge pipe
All stainless steel clamps for assembly
All silicone connectors for system
Modified heater pipe to clear drivers side turbo
Valve system to provide idle air and prevent boosting crank case
Oil catch can with filter and hose for idle and valve system function
Aluminum panels for ducting air to inter-cooler
Kenny Belle Boost a pump (used about 90 days with switch set at 3 PSI)
Spark plugs (one step colder than stock set to .028)
ID fuel injectors (85#)

The only thing you will need to do is install the system, buy some new air filters, have someone cut your stock exhaust pipes and weld on some stainless V-bands pre-cat (if you cannot fabricate them yourself), have it professionally tuned and you are ready to rock. I will also include additional boost control springs for the turbos and blow off valves.

I have 95 photos showing detailed views of the system being removed so to install it will be very clear.

If I post it on eBay and go through PayPal the price will be $4,275 plus shipping. If we can meet within 250 miles of Dallas for a cash deal I will hand deliver the system at no additional cost to you, otherwise the asking price will be increased to cover actual shipping costs.

Drop me a note if you have any questions or interest.

Last I checked this was a sales thread, and you actually have a discussion thread over in the 3.7 section.

System currently posted internationally on eBay. If no takers it will be parted out and whatever remains will go to the attic and my kids can figure out what to do with it. The turbos are actually sized right for my current car so not too much of a loss. Tired of the BS.

I really can't give you a guess. I did all the fabrication and install myself.

I don't know since I only ran mine up to 7.5. At 7.5 it developed 388 HP and 449 FP of torque. Torque is what you feel in acceleration.

How much would you charge to put it on my car? (That is if you'd consider)

I really can't consider doing the install. You would be better off having it installed and tuned near your home. You might check with a reputable shop to install it. It is all wrench work except for connecting to your exhaust.
