Cobra II FS in my area!

Nice T-top Cobra FS in my area!
V8, relatively low miles, I think it was ~40K
and they want alot for it, ~$4000 but that
is just asking price. I can get a deal, the lot
is right next to my house

302 Cobra II is a hot setup, especially with a
rebuilt 5.0 roller motor in there, (if you do it)

and the cobra II 302's are dogs (well under 200hp). unless you are saying that the owner already swapped a roller 302 in, then it would be the ugliest sleeper in the world, lol.

Try ~130 BHP... but that IS well under 200!

A simple rebuild and cam swap would get it up there
but a roller block is even better, cammed and ported

Roush did a swap in the late 70's using a Mustang II
and it went 10's in street trim!

There is a MII for sale near my home. Been for sale since I moved there last July. No clue how much they want, what trans or what engine either. Looks nice cosmetically, exteriorwise that is.

lol, my buddy had a 74 MII during high school. That thing was such a POS with its 4 banger engine packin somethin like 80hp or so. It took it years to get to 60 mph, and you couldnt even tell when you were there cause the speedometer bounced about 15 MPH lol

Im interested in a CBII as my next project.
