Well, eventually I'll have an extra block from my 3.8. The 4.2 and the 3.8 use the same block

Currently all of it is stil attached to the motor. I haven't taken it apart yet.
Um... Let me know if you want just a pick of the motor. I can probably con my friend into taking a digi pic for me.

No, the Heads and intakes have been pulled. I still have them but it's apart now. The fuel rail is off. I should be able to get a digital pic by next week.
I can get a pic of the fuel rail assembly for you.

the lower intake is the same as the 01+ lower intake, with the IMRC's, the upper is totally different. It will bolt on, but won't clear a factory hood, from what I have read. The heads would bolt, and are also split port. The waterpump looks to be exactly the same too. The TB will bolt on to a 99+. All the steeda parts are for mustangs.

The 4.2 cam will net you minimal results, but they are still slightly better

It is true that a reground cam would be better but for cheap you can pick up a 4.2 one. I remember reading on 3.8mustang, quite a while ago that the 4.2 cam could get you about 15 more ft/lbs of torque, but not a ton of HP.

back from the dead. Would you happen to still have headers? and do they have the ports on them for the smog pump (on the passenger side manifold.)

From memory, yeah, they have the port there on the passenger side one. The tube that runs to the EGR valve. I can't remember if there's anything else. I can call my dad and have him take a look at them to let you know for sure.
(I moved out and the motor is still at home.)
I'll let you know as soon as I can.

We could use that cam as a core, for our regrind program.
Hey Horse, give us that cam core and we'll make you a great deal on a cam
