which got me all heated up and i told him that he should be begging me to buy this car since their company is declairing bankrupcy. Furthermore i told him that if i went down to a dodge dealer RIGHT NOW and said how much is that srt8 challenger the man was say 43 thous and change, excatally what is says on the sticker, so why on gods green eart would i EVER buy a car from you.

i proceeded to walk out, i turned around just to look at him and laugh one more time! now ill NEVER buy one. Screw CHEVY!

Re: lets see your S197 pics

Its a Vortech V2 SQ-Trim polished. I added the polished water intake return tube just to clean it up a little. This picture doesn't show it but I also replaced the factory rad. overflow tank with a 2000 Mazda tank and sunk it down and out of site to the left of the rad. Where the factory rad. overflow was I made a customer alum. plate and attached the MMR 600 Race Engine # 00520 placqe so now the old rad. overflow bolts are used as attachment points and looks very clean. I also relocated the power steering tank very low in back of the rad. If someone wants pic's. of this mod. let me know and I'll post them too. Thanks for asking...........

Yeah, you can't link to gmail email attachments...they need to be hosted somewhere else, or attached to your post.

06blownpony-where did you have the Whipple installed? Is that all you did to the motor??

Re: lets see your S197 pics

Hey jimbullit, i had Dean over @ PSI installed my Whipple. Mike Murillo-from Murillo's Motorsports-finalized the tune. As for the motor it's 100% stock (not stock displacement, but factory crank, rods and pistons) I want to push the stock motor even more by installing Comp cam Stage II, SPR Cams and ofcourse more boost! Are you thinking of going Whipple??

Re: lets see your S197 pics

Well... 06blownpony-I'm "that guy"-that will probably do as much as I can-shy of installing a true power adder. I have thought about plugs, cams, hotter ignition + a good tune. I'm even considering doing those things-a little at a time-without premium unleaded in the tune-if I can get away with it/it still makes sense from a performance stance. If I ever did get the $ to go with a blower, I also wanted to know where-in the general area-I could have the work done, reliably-and with the quality and perfection that I expect

Is PSI at 10811 Nacogdoches Road? Are you happy with the quality of the work they did??
