jlt and tune *dyno added*

i just got a jlt cai and tune from total performance solutions prairieville,la. i am very pleased with the results and responsiveness. i will post the dyno sheet as soon as he emails it.

thats what I thought I was just curious, I know when I put my 93 oct tune on my car it was a different vehicle. its waay more fun to drive now.

that was on a mustang dyno but i think he changed it to dynojet numbers or something. he loaded his custom tune and made sure the afr was to his liking on the dyno.

Dude, your stock A/F fell on its face up top something fierce.

And, what's with the dynojet in the comment? Is TPS giving out sheets with dynojet conversions instead of just the flat mustang dyno numbers?

i just remember i said something about dynojet numbers when i was there and he showed me what it would be on a dynojet. idk about the sheet he posted. yea i was shocked at the stock afr but i guess thats how the are from the factory. wes said my car put down the same stock numbers as every other s197 he has dynoed.

I hope they aren't doing the sheets in dynojet numbers and are leaving them as mustang dyno numbers....if not, that is lame as hell because the only reason to do that is to show higher numbers...just like another shop around here claiming STD numbers are more accurate than SAE because we are at a lower elevation than the rest of the country....only because the STD numbers are almost always higher than SAE.

None the less, those are some decent numbers for sure.

he said both baseline and final numbers are in dynojet cuz i had asked for it. mustang numbers would be 15% less.

Yeah, I know they would be less....that's why I said it would be lame if they were converting them just so the sheets showed more.

no he gives a mustang then a dynojet simulation. im happy considering it was 87 oct but i cant wait to try out the 93.

i forgot to mention both runs were done with the car fully up to operating temperature, no cool downs for big numbers.
