Do you have to remove the front bumper to replace turn signals?

Re: Replacing turn signals

i think you can reach it from the underside, but with all said and done.. its probably just about as easy to pull the front bumper off.

Re: Replacing turn signals

For both the front and rear markers you have to unbolt the sides of the bumpers and pull them out to remove the lights

Re: Replacing turn signals

No need to pull off the bumper....Because i have 20's and I'm lowered I had to take off my wheel then pop the the wheel well splash gaurd.Thats the easy way.Dont waste ur time pulling the bumper and if you have stock wheels you might not even have to pull the wheels off.

Re: Replacing turn signals

yea the yellow turn signals are ugly as hell. look at the difference in the look of my car just by changing the grille and turn signal. it doesnt look as cheap anymore. the lower grill and chin spoiler are on the way.

Re: Replacing turn signals

the rear markers are a breeze.A flathead screwdriver and a shop rag so you dont damage the paint and they are out.

Thanks guys.

Yeah 07Stang that looks way better. I'll definitely do that now. It'll look nice on my vapor silver too.

Re: Replacing turn signals

Do you guys know/think it's the same way to remove the rear red lights (blanking on what you call them) but they're on the side of the car at the back haha

Yes,they are the rear markers (on the side) and all u need is a flathead screwdriver and a shop rag so u don't damage the paint. Very easy.
