turbo mustang

Hi my name is jeremy i have a 05 mustang gt 4.6l with a hp turbo kit! The problem i'm having is i had it tuned and since my tune whenever i start my car up first thing like in the morning when it has been sitting over night a cold start it is such rich that if i don't keep my foot on the gas a little bit it floods the engine and i have a hard time restarting it. So i'm asking is i'm looking for a person that can take my current tune that i have on my pedertor and fix it and i just don't want anyone i want someone who has done fords with turbos cause the guy that did my tune i'm having a hard time getting ahold of him and he lives in californa and i live in washington state. So if anyone has any good info that would be great thanks!

Jeremy

Re: turbo mustang

You really need to get the car on a chassis dyno and look at it from there...i wouldn't recommend doing much driving until this is done. Every car is different and may take modifications differently.

Re: turbo mustang

usually a tune is just for the WOT part of the tune, not other wise... so the factory is probably still handling the normal tune when you first crank it up~ that would be my guess. You may need to have something altered in the other areas of your tune. This is how ive always heard it being done tune wise~
