Mid pipe with mid mufflers?

I have the pypes mid muffler catback, and love it but would like something louder. I was wondering what the best option as far as sound is concerned is with the mid muffler set up. Does anybody know how the prochamber sounds with this? Or how it should sound? Incase you havent heard the mid muffler set up, its not much louder than stock, but a much deeper tone.
Thanks

Re: Mid pipe with mid mufflers?

A prochamber that splices into the stock cats would be a little quieter but a little deeper. An O/R prochamber would be louder and deeper than stock but would be raspy at certaing rpms and would trumpet-a blaring noise at partial to full throttle. I use to have an o/r prochamber. A prochamber with hi-flows welded in would be the best of all three. It's deeper than the o/r prochamber, got rid of most of the trumpeting and is louder than the the prochamber that splices into the stock cats. The downfall is the price since there is not a prochamber w/hi-flows for the stock manifold. An o/r prochamber is $425 to $450, two cats are about $200 and 85-95 to have them welded in. You might also consider a catted X pipe.

Here is a comparison. I basically have a midmuffler set-up: resonators/glasspacks welded before the axle and SLP LM:
Here is the prochamber with hi-flow cats:

Now with Pypes catted X.

Re: Mid pipe with mid mufflers?

Sorry, I didn't word the question correctly. I want to keep the pypes mid muffler set up, but right now I'm running it with the stock h pipe. I was wondering which midpipe would sound best with the pypes mid muffler catback?
Thanks

See my post above. For the price, I vote catted X.
