Help

I can't decide if I want to go with the pypes catted x pipe, bbk catted x pipe or magnaflow catted x pipe. I can save a little money on the pypes system but I don't want to buy it and not be satisfied with it. Bbk and magnaflow are a little bit more expensive but I could go with one of those too. Ive watched quite a few videos on youtube on all these 3 x pipes but still not sure. Which one would sound and perform the best with American thunder axle backs? And which one would be the best for the money? Not sure which one to choose.

Re: Help

its mainly just pipe, the Cat they provide wont differ much between them, so in the end its just about quality and fitment. I have no experience with any, some may have issues fitting or kinda good or kinda bad you never know.

Ya magnaflow and bbk is better quality so I'll go with one of the two. Pypes also has been known not to fit right and bolt right up to where the stock pipes were.

I think bbk is a little better than magnaflow. Seem to get a little more hp and the tubing is a hair bigger. Any other suggestions?

Re: Help

Hi, i was reading one of your older threads, and you said that you prefer a catted H pipe over a X pipe. Have you bought one yet? or did you change your mind and go with Xpipe?

No I haven't bought one yet but I think I'm gunna just go with an x pipe cuz the h pipes are expensive and they don't make very many. And x pipes give hp

Re: Help

Your car comes stock with a catted H pipe, that is why no one makes them! except for short H pipes that go on long tube hearders. As far as performance the H pipes are better for Drag racing, and the X pipe is for road racing.
