Ideas?

Ok so I just joined and I could use son ideas on my stand while on a budget. I have a bbk 62mm throttle body, a o/r x pipe, American thunder axil back exhaust, tokico shocks and struts, ford racing lowering spring, and subs and tint.

I didn't see anything listed about a cold air. I really like my C&L. You can get it with or without the DiabloSport Tuner so it's not too much money upfront. If you decide to go with just the cold air first, make sure you get the tuner from them when you decide to get it. Their version is the best out there. Way better tunes to match their cold air and forever customer support. Some things you may wanna consider;

Long tube headers
Under Drive Pulleys
HID's (as mentioned)
Upgrades brakes (Brembo or the like)

I have just installed a supercharger and took off my Steeda Under Drive Pulleys if anyone is interested and have a spanking new set of BBK Stainless Headers in the sealed box.

Well I do have a k&n short ram intake and bans tunes but I'm hesitant on long tube headers. My car Is already lowered 2 inches.so I'm afraid they will drag.and I don't know anything about the under drive pulley.

Ah so you do have a tune. My car is lowered as well and long tubes fit absolutely fine. They follow the factory exhaust footprint and have no clearance issues. Research under drives at Steeda.com they are free horsepower. Well, minus the cost of buying them

I don't think so. I believe it has to be BBK x or h pipe to fit with BBK headers.

They sell brand new for $215.00. I used them less than one year and they are in perfect condition. I think $150 is a good deal.

Here's the thing. There was some fitment problem with BBK ceramic headers to their x pipe when I bought them last June. I had to have the flanges cut and smaller ones welded in to get it to fit correctly. After installing my supercharger I decided I wanted to put in a wideband air/fuel gauge and would need to have an O2 bung installed to accommodate the O2 sensor for the gauge. The only place it could be installed was where the x pipe was modified. I did a little research and ordered new headers and H pipe from Kooks with the needed additional bung installed from Kooks before jet hot coating was applied. BBK was very nice and honored a refund for x pipe and headers but the place I bought the headers from went out of business. So they sent me a brand spanking new pair of their top of the line SS headers as a warranty replacement knowing I would sell them and try to recoup the $ I spent on the ceramic headers and cost of having the x pipe modified at an exhaust shop. These SS headers sell anywhere from $729 to $799. I am going to offer them up for $650 as this is what I have invested in them. I think it's an awesome price for anyone who was going to purchase LT headers. I only want to recoup what I have invested so I can apply to the purchase of the kooks headers. Look them up and see for yourself. They come with 02 extenders, gaskets, collector hardware and header bolts, everything needed for install and are brand new never opened. The part # is 16415

Re: Ideas?

under drive pulley, intake/tune (must do together) and tune can also take in other mods to help the car overall

aluminum driveshafts helps a good bit, but is costly

C&L or Ford Racing new upper intake (the entire thing), tune will be needed as well here
