I'm not a fan of the spray, mostly because of the ricers and amatuers around here are all running 150 shots.

I agree. I do however like forced induction like turbo's and superchargers but have absolutely no use for nitrous.

I like forced induction too. The price tag is painful. I hit my car with up to 175 zex shot and I got 600 into my nitrous system. I bought an m112 and just the blower was 400 now I gotta spend 2000 in other parts to make it work. 1000 for the tuner and about 3000 to build a forged motor. Nitrous it the best bang for the buck

I know forced induction is expensive but it makes up for it being reliable and consistent and is just dependable. Nitrous may be cheaper but it's also dangerous and not as reliable. But, that's why there are options for all of us, we all have our own opinions

I'm sorry, didn't realize you were a professional. Lol. Nitrous is just as reliable as any other form of forced induction, you just have to know what the hell you are doing.

Re: Performance chips?

I Run a Diablosport chip in my 03 Mach 1 , had it dyno tuned to the car , when ever i make changes to the car i take it back and they re-burn the chip for the changes , i have a tuner for my 06 v6 car , both have their advantages
with the chip i'm getting a better tune because its being set up to the car / the tuner has general tunes for mods but i'm sure it isn't spot on because your not on the dyno checking Air fuel ratio's etc .............

I use a SCT tuner and used to have a Diablo Sport tuner and both were custom tuned on a dyno at the place I take my car to. Tuners can come with pre-programmed "canned" tunes but I prefer an actual custom written tune with the what's actually in the car done on a dyno.

ya that's what i was referring to ( the canned tunes ) i know you can get custom tines on your programmer ,but most opt for the canned ones that come with the tuners or are e-mailed to them etc .....
