Hey blower guys!!!

I have a vortech v3 s197 at 11.5 psi . I also have only a axle back flowmaster mufflers! Does a hi flow cat and h pipe make a difference? And is it worth it? Any comments would be great

Re: Hey blower guys!!!

Should add some extra hp but at 11 psi that's already pushing it on that 3v. What are your numbers now?

Re: Hey blower guys!!!

When I went with Magnaflow mid, with high flow cats, I noticed it went from feeling 'peaky' to more of a steady build.. For drivability I'm glad I went with it..

It changes the sound of the car, too

From what I know about hiflow cats and h pipes, I'd say it got deeper and more rumbly. More like a muscle car.

Re: Hey blower guys!!!

Here's my setup..

Magnapacks with stock midpipe = I enjoyed the sound, Magnapacks with upgraded midpipe and high flow cats = too loud and raspy for me, I'm about to install a set of regular magnaflow axle backs...

Just a thought
