Running hard

I have an issue when I run my car hard. Every time I go to shift from first to second when I run it hard, the rear end slides out everytime. I want to be able to chirp the tires going from first to second, and with the mods I have, second to third too. It's a 2005 gt manual. Do I need new tires or need to shift earlier or later??

Traction control is on! That's why I'm confused because it feels like it's off. I have a 93 race tune by bama custom... Would that have bypassed or shut off traction control when it was re-tuned?

When I put my car on the race tune it did the same thing. Must eliminate the traction control.

Re: Running hard

I always turn my traction control off when I run it like that and never have any problems.....not sure if that's why or if it's just the cars...
