Driver side window help needed

My driver side window will not one touch down it will one touch up . Also it will not crack just a little (like the were programed to do ) when you open and close the driver door . Looking for some info/advice on this . Reprograming ? Tricks? ... Switch and motor are good no issues .... Let me know . Thanks
