Help this is weird...

Crank my mustang up this morning as I was going down the road realized my radio had no sound coming out of it no matter how loud and what you did to it... Got to jacks for breakfast and windows won't roll down at all from either side... Turned it off when I got to work and crank it now the radio won't come on at all.... ANY ideas??? Never heard anything like this unless it was in a security mode....

When i had this issue.. It was due to a blown fuse@ passenger kick panel, have you done any recent electrical work to your car?

Re: Help this is weird...

I had window issues lately, driver window wouldn't roll up that last quarter inch when I closed it and auto up wouldn't work. I found the fix, it was simple.. roll window up, hold switch two seconds, roll down, hold switch two seconds, cycle up and down 5 times... fixed...

Guys tell me weird electric things happen when your battery is weak or the alternator is going out... new mustang electronics can't handle voltage fluctuations...

I'd check out your fuse panel, make sure it isn't wet, that has been a issue with some Mustangs... of course check the fuses...

Re: Help this is weird...

Look in your owners manual, most of them tell you what fuses do what...

Re: Help this is weird...

Great! I love when that happens... Keep checking for moisture in that area, it can cause the problem you described... If you find moisture, there are a couple of things you can check... a grommet can be loose or your cowl vent may be plugged...

Check all of them a scanner will more then likely not help either if all fuses are good take it to a shop that orders the most parts from your store
