If you look at the bang for the buck. SC or turbo are both too pricy for what you get. And they will both hurt fuel economy. Just freeing it up so it can breath will do amazing things and won't put you in the poor house. CAI,tuner and after market exhaust are great starts. If you want a little more look into the cams. FR hot rod cams or COMP thumpers both give it a mean sound and add about 25-30 hp all combined you can bump your ride up by around 100 hp with just those things

The way things work is HP is almost always a trade off for MPG's. The more extreme you go with HP mods the more MPG it will eat, minor HP mods eat minimal MPG. With newer cars lime yours tuners for the Engine Control Unit(ECU) seem to be a good compromise between the two. There are plenty of people here that can detail tuners better for you than I. Congrats on the nice ride and good luck with your build up!
