'08 OEM HID to RAXIOM headlight help

I bought my wife a set of Raxiom Projector headlights and Halo Fogs for her vert GT. I'm having a couple of issues.

One: I'd like to find a way to run a "key on" 12-volt hot so I can have the accent lighting (halos on the fogs and headlights and the LEDs on the headlights) run as daytime running lights. Is that advisable, and if so, what's the best place to get said power from?

Two: When attempting to hook up the headlights, I quickly realized the harness doesn't hook up to the new headlights. After doing some research, I'm thinking I may have to buy a whole new wiring harness. Any ideas where I might find this harness, how much it would run and what verbiage I'd search for? I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere.

I really like the new lights. But, is this going to be a bigger pain in the a$$ than it's worth?

The only place to get 12v key-on power is your radio wire harness..if you do alice into
It SOLDER it also make your mod on the harness not the hard wires.its also a good idea to branch of extras for future upgrades.

Do you know if the fuse will be able to handle the lights?

Be real careful about overloading a circuit. Someone will then tell you to put a bigger fuse, don't do it, you can unintentionally cause lots of electrical problems on other places. Check the load requirements of the lights first.

It will if you add a heavy duty relay.

Re: '08 OEM HID to RAXIOM headlight help

Any ideas on the harness? Can I just change the pig tails to the ones that will fit the lights or do I have to have a whole new wiring harness? I'm curious about this relay for the HID lights. How will that affect the projector lights? I'm no electrical genius. I'm not even sure what the relay is for, nor am I familiar with the HID concept or how they work.

I'm at a loss. I called AM and they had nothing for me.

A relay restricts voltage so you dont blow a fuse.
