adding NOS to my supercharged motor

so I have a built 4.6 engine with forged crank, H-beam rods, and blower pistons with stock heads and springs with a vortech V-2 HO putting out 15-18 psi...

I'm wanting to put a 50-75 HP kit on the car for the track.

should I be putting some better valve springs on before adding nos or anything else that would be a mandatory addition ?

thanks !!

Re: adding NOS to my supercharged motor

puttin 15-18? thats a big gap..

just run a pump gas tune and race gas tune...you need to upgrade your valve springs b4 you even hit it with 18lbs or you will most like start floating after a few thousand miles..

and i say hell yes put the bottle on it...would do no less than a 75..my cobra is has a 2.3 with a 125 pill...people run blower and nitrous all the time..just make sure your on race gas and tuned for it when you do..
