That shaking, wheel hop has happened to me. Typically when the road is damp and the wheels spin if I accelerate to quickly. So the fix is to use the tuner and turn off the trac control?

Traction control won't help anything, get a pair of lower control arms their only 100 bucks

Traction control will make the car sputter as it retards the timing and stuff but I believe what he is describing it wheel hop and that is felt every where heard mostly from the dash as it feels like your car is falling apart

It is generated from the rear end. When it occurs, it shakes the entire car. Your immediate reaction is "what the heck was that!"

Sometimes better tires will cure it if not you'll have to get better rear lower control arms or drive a little slower

I had horrible wheel hop a while back. Went out and invested in rear LCAs. That helped a little. But the best thing that helped with my wheel hop is when I went with a softer tire. I put on nitto tires and have yet to have any wheel hop what so ever.

Just my experience...ever car is different. Lol

You can also look into roush. They make something that supposedly cures wheel hop.... Looks like an upper control arms from the picture but forget exactly what the part or number is off hand.

Re: shake in front end

This came many suggestions. when my car shakes so I disconnected the traction control. and I have fkull gas. but now I am more and more believe that it depends on the tires which is probably too harsh.

I got mine at American muscle. I paid a little more than what I wanted. But after getting the hood and checking it out, its way worth the money. Almost perfect fit, and It's not made like the cheap flimsy hoods that go for like 300$. This hood feels like a could drop it from the second floor and it would be just fine.

Only one downfall to it... It weighs about 5,maybe 10, pounds more than the stock hood.
