Lisle is the one I got. it seems pretty awesome, came in yesterday. Hopefully won't need it but its good insurance.

You need to follow the Ford Service Bulletin for removal. You can find it on Brenspeed website.

Do you follow the service bulletin or use a impact wrench?

If it breaks i have a ford 3v spark plug removal kit whitch is like100 bucks on ebay. But if you wanna give it a shot use wd40. Loosen it 1/4 turn and spray loads of wd40 left if sit for 10 min and tighten it and wait 5 min and slowly loosen it with a rachet and NOT impact. Impact will break it right away. If u take your time it should all come out without breaking
