I put a set of Pype Bombs on last spring ... I absolutely love the sound.
Easy install..and fairly cheap from AM...
All around best bang for the buck.

Loud..deep rumble...the way a mustang is supposed to sound.
Way way better than stock.

You will absolutely love them.
And I didn't need the extra bracket AM claim some 07s require.

I had them on mine when it was stock. It sounded great. I then added bbk long tubes with an off road x. That was a little crazy lol. Switched over to Borla stingers and never looked back.

Why do people buy these? Are they not just a echo tip? Local muffler shops sell these for half the price w install.... I'm planing on running this type of set up w mid mounted bullet style mufflers,,., thinking it will sound great.... I don't like the way no mufflers sound, no tone just noise...

I have Pype Bombs on... I've had them for about 7 months- they sound awesome- great tone, deep throaty rumble. Not crazy loud or droney, but everyone knows when I'm home. I'd definitely get them again- good value. They look good too...

Local muffler shop... 3.5"x12" echo tip $50 for the pair $25 labor... Same desired sound (that you all like) to each their own... IMO that type of set up lacks the trade mark mustang sound...

I'll post a video on sat of my new set up...
Hooker long tubes
Bassani off road x
And either cherry bomb extreme Cat back
Or a custom mid muffler w the tips I just posted

++^^ where I live it seems like its a rule for ALL Z71's to have cats and no mufflers.. PUKE!!!! As Ford guys we have a responsibility to do it the right way.. No cats and a nice set of mufflers.

I agree. I never understood the muffler delete. I guess I've never heard one and knew what exhaust was on it. I went with o/r h and Borla stingers.
But you are the first person I've read on here talking about cherry bombs on the mustang lol

If you go google cherry bomb extreme you will want to sell your current set up... It's not what you think it is.... It sounds incredible (the mufflers look like mini flows)

I can't wait to show all of you how these cars are SUPPOSED to sound... My only point is to have y'all go to a local muffler shop to have custom muffler deletes made... Exact same thing as what you all are paying $250+ for

If the lift I'm using becomes freed up, I plan on installing my long tubes and bassani off road x... If I sell a few items I have laying around I will also custom build a mid muffler system .... I will show you what I mean by tone

You can post up what ever you want, I'm just saying you want a good tune on the cheap spend 120 at your local muffler shop, your paying probably almost 1000 when said and done so it better sound better, and once I get headers and off road x pipe I'll putt some mufflers on but for now I like the sound
