I also got side window scoops not sure if I should. Paint them white or black?

Car looks white best I can tell, unless you are doing a black n white theme I say white. I've thought about getting them for mine and I'd paint them white. My car is white w/ black accents and wheels btw

Car looks good man! I say go with white. The louvers look better the same color as the car.
