Rear trim panel in vert

Has anyone replaced the speakers in the rear side panels of the convertible? I have searched YouTube and the net and haven't found anything on the removal of it. I plan on replacing the rear sealers this afternoon so if anyone has any info let me know, if not, I'll be making a walkthrough of my own. Thanks for reading!

I have opened those panel to install my convertible light bar. The top panel that kind of looks like an arm rest, pull that forward and it pops off. Then you can just gently pull the side panel off by puling it inward. Looks for some instructions on how to install a light bar for photos.

Yeah it's really easy just a few snap out parts. First it's alot easier to remove if the top is down then just gently pull up on the top cover that hides the hydraulic pump arms, then once that's removed pull the side panel slowly straight towards the front of the car you'll have to slide the seatbelts out of the way. once that's off you'll have access to the speaker housing unscrew the four screws with a torx 30 I believe and you will have to cut the tabs on the side off the speaker housing when you put you're new speakers in. (they get in the way!) And watch all the wires on the passenger side you don't want to cut the wrong one! Also when putting the side panels back in it's easier if the top is up! Hope this helps good luck!
