We have been trying to have at least one regional get together for the past couple years. it has been working out so we will probably continue. | You should consider getting together at Little Rock for the kick off party for the Hot Rod Power Tour 08. You can probably contact either Central Arkansas Mustangers
or Home Of The Arkansas Pontiac Association for more info. I know on the Pontiac site there should be info, they sponsored the Power Tour last year.
I am sure I will be there. Probably bring the Stang.

i had issues earlier today. raining pretty hard, around 75ish i could feel my rear end floating around while on a long sweeping left curve in the fast lane (so fast lane was on the inside). didnt panic but as soon as the turn was over my ass was in the slow lane chillin with big rigs on the way to work.
this is why i say the 555R is not a rain tire, mostly by design. plus its not like having a 315 wide is helping the situation either, a narrower tire would have less chance of hydroplaning as well.

you should not drive a DR in the rain... its been proven time and time again that DR + rain = wrecked car.

As stated by PureVenom: If it is any consolation....my 02 GT will also be seeing Nittos once I get around to replacing the rims..... He means MY 02 GT, he has his beast of a Cobra but likes to claim my GT as his car also. Haha, just pickin' on you silly!
And yes, I've great things about Nittos from a lot of people. That's what I want for the GT when I get new rims and tires soon!
