What is screwed up? The belt is loose or you have electrical problems?

Shouldn't have to change the belt. Are you sure you put it back on correctly?

Re: Pulleys problems

generally a smaller or larger pulley change requires a belt when the tensioner cant compensate for it. I know I have always had to run a smaller belt when messing with pulleys.

I think In the steeda kit the harmonic balancer is smaller but the water pump is bigger so that should compensate for the pulley change. Maybe there is something wrong with your tensioner.
