The better question is: I want a Agressive sound muffler/exhaust or a low/deep sound muffler with (BRAND NAME) systems. I believe, because of this people do not get the sound they are looking for and may say or feel that (Brand Name co.) is not loud, or not good, etc. Someone in this thread commented about Magnaflow not being loud. I have Magnaflow, my wife has stated that mine is the loudest of all in the neighborhood, But I do have the same Brand on both cars, but different models of Muffler: On Mustang it is the "Aggressive" sound muffler, on wife's car it is the "Low/Deep" sounding Magnaflow. And the sound is totally different on both cars.
+1

I also have Magnaflow on my car 02 GT and it is no where near quite. Its not obnoxiously loud but it roars. Out of every muffler setup i have had on both my stangs i like it the most especially over flowmasters.

don't pay to ruin your stock h-pipe, probably there goin to charge you around 100 or something just to cut the cats then there goin to claim you don't need them any more and there goin to keep them, just order an off/road x-pipe and keep your h-pipe sow went you get ready for smog check you just swap it back, and to installed it they should charge you no more than 100, or u can installed it your self if you have a weekend to do sow, I live in cali LA area and that's what I did instead of paying them to keep my cats

plus everything would be fine without cats as long as no chp or cop looks underneath your car, but that's not an issue they almost only look for dark tint and loud music and loud mufflers on the little hondas so you can be worie free of driving cat less,

Because your state laws say you must have cats, do it yourself, VERY easy to do..
