Bc my buddy found me a bbk ceramic lt header and catted xpipe combo from his friend who changed his mind and went with Mac bc he wanted the prochamber. For $600 and the cats don't bother me as much as the xpipe. I want to keep an h so bad I can't see straight.

Only thing that sucks about the mac headers is they have no flange holding the header together so its all seperate tubes attached to the engine which could lead to more movement from getting hot and cause leaks. I was going to go with mac but changed my mind for that reason

I know I'm in the wrong section but wanted to share, I have ceramic coated bbk the fit for my car was excellent but the tubbing is made out of regular steel this is what my headers look like after 8 yrs of summer driving. Once the coating chips they will rust save the money and get a set of stainless steel headers ,the bbk do sound awesome!

He said ceramic but should ceramic do that? I thought the stainless usually lasted a shorter time than ceramic coated?

Yes that is the ceramic, the ceramic is a coating similar to powder coating once it chips off that's it! It becomes exposed to the elements and then rusts. Stainless steel is impervious to rust so the headers could outlast you're car. They are a bit cheaper also. Belive me save the money I wish I did!

Just so you know I love the sound of the bbk long tubes and my bbk h pipe and my flow master american thunder system i'd say go with bbk just get a stainless set of headers.
