Rim issue

Has anyone in the past ever had issues with a brand new aftermarket rim that wobbles when you free spin it?? The tire shop called it"untrue". Instead of making a perfect circle it would wobble as if it was warped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that normal? Could 3 rims and tires really be bad??

Re: Rim issue

if the rim is out of round then its an issue with how the rim was made or if you hit a pot hole etc that caused it to warp.

Are you familiar with deep dish rims and 20's? Will 20' continually have that rough ride? Or does it get better when you do a whole suspension upgrade ?

Re: Rim issue

not familiar but the rims should not be out of round regardless, they should require weights to fully balance them but they should be able to be balanced and not look obviously wobbling.
