Tps

I ordered some new shoes for my girl and was wondering if I could use my existing tps sensors or must I buy new ones for each rim...car is an 08...

You can reuse the tpms* for the new rims but you may have to replace the band sensors if your new rims are larger or if they break when transferring them. I've done hundreds of them, I've worked for discount tire for 4 years

I don't have tps anymore ... All u do is hit reset when u start the car... Not a big deal... Save the money

Factory bands are NOT reusable they are crimped to the size of the wheel, factory bands are 100+ dollars, some auto parts store carry universal ones is basically a very large hose clamp

I do too. Almost exciting sometimes, like I'm turning on a secondary fuel pump for the "racecar" I just started lol
That and turning off traction control makes me feel like I'm about to go tear it up at the Circuit de la Sarthe! Haha

Lol we think alike! I've been wanting to find away to install a button on the steering wheel or dash to open the car up for that very reason... Such as cut outs lol we are nerds do u watch fringe ?
