F local muffler shops. Good luck even finding a shop that will do a decent job. I'm tired of reading your treads about local shops. Some people like myself don't mind spending a few extra $ for a quality part. No hack and slash local shop will touch my car

I go to local shops, they always do good by me and if not, I speak up. I'm a welder by trade so I know a crap weld job when I see one, I try to spend my money locally to help out the community I live in, by what you want if you really think 300 dollar SS tubes are worth it then by all means by them

+1000 we have 2 shops in my town and I wouldn't trust them with my car. I had them put flowmasters on my car and they wanted to cut and slash and weld my damn pipe all together and they made it worse. Had to take my car back 4 times for exhaust leaks and it still doesn't sound right -_-

See non of us want to go through that. That's why a good quality made part that bolts right in and 90% of us can do the work ourselves will surpass the idea of even getting a quote from a local shop. Plus everyone has them. U can get feed back and some times dyno numbers on exactly what to expect from the product. I say f the local scaby shops and by pro parts.

Like I said if you can bend over backwards to justify a mod the cost 300 dollars, and doesn't add looks, performance or anything but missing mufflers then by all means go ahead, I'm not forcing you to go to a shop, I'm throwing out the idea, it's what I did, cost 70 bucks, with the money I saved I bought 410 gears and gear oil and spent my money wiser. And if you go to a crappy shop that's all on you. Do your homework, that's all imma add

I've got 3 inch headers back do mine sounds different than stock but I have 4 1/2 inch tips that fill the holes in the bumper and it sounds amazing in my opinion went to local guy and told him do what looks good with no mufflers and it does
