Quarter window louver

I Got my quarter window louvers finely put on they are a pain in the *** to paint the paint does not want to stick to it. Has anyone else had trouble with them?

Did you rough up the plastic some? When I got mine the mold was smooth as could be. Paint has trouble sticking to smooth finishes. Just my opinion. Lol

What he said, and also they have primers that are meant for plastic

I bought mines pre painted from am and I love them. But yeah prep work has to do a lot with your finish product. Sand it with fine sandpaper, clean it good, and some good paint...
