Another inspection question before I mod.. Delaware

I just passed inspection and here in delaware its every two years.. But im looking to spend money and finally get more mods.. I want to get hot rod cams so I guess my first question is if they alone will pass beings they would be hardest to swap out? Also with the cams installed what midpipe would get me to pass... So hot rod cams and a mid pipe with high flow cats? Pass?

Just buy hot stickers. An extra 50-100$ every two years is better than having to worry about passing inspection.

Cams won't be the issue.. High flow cats maybe.. But you should pass

Sorry, dude. Do you get another shot at it before they fine you or whatever happens? I'm not up on the inspections. They don't do that in Indiana anymore.

High flow cats tend to fail you anyways depending on that states requirements for what is an acceptable level of emissions.
