Throttle actuator trouble - Mustang Evolution

Throttle actuator trouble

As of yesterday I'm getting codes like crazy, anytime I stop( mostly under ac) I loose my throttle and it idles like crazy. I've looked on google and lots of people are having this problem. I have two ideas. 1 clean the tb and 2 if that don't work return the tune back to stock. Any others having this
