Welcome!! That car is gorgeous!!! I used to be a government motors guy. I slowly converted to Ford, and after hearing John Chlor speak, and reading about Alan Mulally, I've 100% converted to Ford and Lincoln products.

No. No mods on it yet. Its straight factory. But I'm gonna put a new Catback exhaust, CAI, throttle body and chip in it soon and a tune. I'm tryin to find a place that has a dyno so I can how much HP I'm ganing after I put those on. Any ideas on mods? I'm tryin to get around the 400-450 HP area.

It's gonna take a SC to get that much HP, unless you have the motor built. A SC would be the cheapest way to reach your goal. My goal is 500hp. I'm going with a built motor first to handle the HP, if and when I go SC.

A tune is the same thing as a chip. You can't get it chipped and tuned, getting it tuned is chipping it. Just sayin lol

You would get more respect in said cars over Shelby... on the track and car shows... due to rareness

Re: 2008 Mustang GT

Respect is not even one of the things on my list of anything anywhere. I'd still love a GTR

last time I was at laguna seca I saw a shelby cobra wax a r35 gtr around the track and it looked way better to doing it imo. That old man was such a beast at driving me and a couple of friends bowed down on front of him and he just walked away like a bada**
