Because mine ran better and had more power when I put stock manifolds back on because I was embarrassed to have shorties

If you go with long tubes don't you have to change something with your mid pipe?

Well I already have my whole system outside of headers I don't want to change it again. Pypes shorties have good ratings they have got to be better then stock. The whole point is freeing space and taking restriction they couldn't be worse

I want long tubes but won't I have to change to a shorter mid pipe? And then I'm paying for the headers and the mid pipe right? The long tubes don't fit with stock mid pipe do they?

Doubt that's true at all, unless you show some dyno numbers

If you put on LT's you need to replace the mid pipe with a shorty mid pipe, they're not very expensive and if you are that strapped for cash just sell the old one
